ISO 9001 : 2015


Introduction
Probably the best method of "getting up to speed" with the ISO9001:2015 standard. Included in the training course are all the elements of ISO9001 - covering the structure of the standard, which comprises four principal subsystems:

  • Management Responsibility - requirements, policy, planning, management systems and responsibilities, and review.
  • Resource Management - requirements, human resources, information, infrastructure and work environment.
  • Product and/or service realization - customer related processes, design and development, purchasing, production and service operations and control of measuring and monitoring devices.
  • Measurement, analysis and improvement - Measurement and monitoring of system performance (auditing) customer satisfaction and processes, control of non-conformity, analysis of data and improvement.

Each ISO9001 (2015) requirement will be explained and interpreted - followed by practical application of the particular requirement i.e. the requirement in practice. Here, practical guidance is given in the application of the requirement, by providing examples of procedures, forms, check lists, etc.
